A team of Colorado Film School students strive to bring to you a short film about the challenges brought on by family and the environment. The story takes place in a town in during a dire drought and families are suffering for it. Households are rationed water according to how many people are in their families.
This story follows a family of three children - Jordan, Annabelle, and Jamie. With their mother recently deceased, the kids have figured if they keep their mother's death a secret, then they could keep her rationed water. It's when their neighbor discovers their secret and steals their water when they realize that they live in a world where difficult decisions must be made.
With donations, we can afford to the gas and lodging needed to travel to location. A great and convincing location will bring this story to life - in beautiful Denver, it may be difficult to film a story about a drought. Also, your contribution will aid us in feeding an incredible and hardworking crew! Food is the key to a functioning set.
If you find that you cannot help with donations, fret not - you can help by spreading the word! Share this with your friends and family and be a part of a magnificent story about a trio of siblings learning how to survive in a changing world.
