CAPTAIN JEFFREY NEED YOUR HELP!

 

Captain Jeffrey are a five piece blues/rock/funk band from the Midlands in the United Kingdom. Having played all over Birmingham this last year, we've written more that enough tunes to warrant an album. The only trouble is gathering the funds to be able to record a quality album for your consumption.

 

Anyone can record anything nowadays with just their phone, but we think our music deserves better than that; and we think that our fans deserve a better experience than that.

The only way we can provide that is by getting into the studio. Conservatively, we could record a five track EP/Album for around £500 by recording the band live in studio and then overdubbing vocals. This is our funding goal, and we think that we can deliver a quality product based on this budget. However, any money raised above that figure will go to more time in the studio (more tracks), better production on each of the tracks and better rewards!

We're not greedy, not out to make a quick buck, we just want to be able to have fun playing our music. Originality gets looked over far too frequently in this day and age, so putting yourself out there as a musician is getting harder and harder. With your love and support, hopefully we can take our art to the next level!
