Is there a way to smell the scents before I get them?
Unfortunately no, but you receive four capsules (with three scents included in each capsule) for a total of 12 options with the purchase of a Renaisscent.
 

What if I don’t like any of the scents provided?
If you don't like the pre-set scents included, you can mix and match scents to your liking via the app. You can design your own scent with virtually hundreds of options to choose from.
 

Do I need a Wi-Fi signal to have the Renaisscent work in my car?
No, all you need to do is press the button on the Renaisscent twice, and it will start diffusing your favorite scents. You can also use a mobile Hotspot to control the Renaisscent from the app.
 

Does the Renaisscent app work with Android and iOS phones?
Yes, it works across both operating systems.
 

Can several people be in control of it if they’re all on the app at once in a household?
No, only one person may control the Renaisscent at a time. However if someone else with the app would like to control it, the first person would have to disconnect to allow another person to control it.
