1. Where we ship?
We ship the products to the U.S., the UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland with free shipping. More countries will be supported. Subscribe us for more updates.
2. When we start shipping?
Reolink Go is expected to start shipping in July 2018. Orders will be shipped out in batches, depending on when your order is placed. Orders placed in InDemand period will be shipped out in August 2018. We'll keep you up to date on our progress. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive our shipping notification email with the tracking number.
3. What about additional customs charges?
All shipping is free of charge. And you don't need to be responsible for any extra fees from customs.
4. What about the warranty and refund policy for crowdfunding users?
Reolink official warranty policy also applies to Reolink products purchased from Indiegogo. See more Reolink warranty policy.
During the Indiegogo campaign, you can process a refund at any time when meeting the refund policy of Indiegogo.
5. Can I choose what color I want for my camera?
All Reolink Go cameras come in classic white. But you can dress your Reolink Go with skins of different colors (coming soon).
6. Reolink Go battery life?
Reolink Go comes with a rechargeable battery, which is 7800mAH. Get the battery fully charged and it will support 2 months in Standby Mode, or 500 minutes of live view or PIR motion detected recording.
Reolink Go battery life may vary according to mobile network service providers, signal strength, and other factors.
We recommend AT&T if you are in the U.S., and T-Mobile, Vodafone, O2, EE in Europe. For other Reolink Go supported mobile network service providers' users, we highly suggest purchasing a Reolink Solar Panel to go with it for continuous power.
7. Any monthly subscription fees?
There's no monthly subscription at Reolink. Reolink Go users can order a data plan at mobile service providers in their country. No other monthly fees.
8. Does Reolink Go work with Windows/Mac?
Sorry that the camera is not designed to support PC client. You can use free Reolink App on your phone to get live view anywhere at anytime.
