At Ryder, we aim to build bridges, not islands.
The TapSafe recovery method will therefore be fully open-source en permissively licensed. It is important to us that customers can feel safe knowing that whatever happens, their wallets will always remain accessible.

Third party vendors will be invited to support TapSafe recovery similar to how a multitude of wallets support seed phrases today.

Why would I need my trusted contacts to backup my wallet? Is it safe?

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges will be calculated and charged in a Backerkit survey that we will send you close to the shipping date. We expect worldwide shipping will cost between $10-15 USD. To keep it simple, total shipping will not increase if you purchase multiple Ryder One.

Do you offer a product warranty?

Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty. If your item has a defect due to a mistake on our part, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
