My name is Tonicmole, and I've been making Underground Comix for roughly 20 years. My passion for comics began as a child in the wake of DC's Crisis of Infinite Earth's. However, in my mid teens I discovered the amazing world of alternative comics such as The Crow, Ghost World, and the many works of R. Crumb. These comics inspired me to think outside the box, and beyond the big two. "Saving the World" is my love letter to everything comics. From Batman, to Johnny the Homicidal Maniac. You've NEVER read a super hero book like this.

Kierra: By day, 19 year old Kierra is the mild mannered cashier at Big Burger. By night she’s an awkward ginger nerd hanging out at Hall of Legends comics and collectibles. That is till one night her life takes a dramatic turn for the heroic!

Nora: As a wanna-be fashion designer, and aimless college drop out Nora lives with her boyfriend while struggling to find her place in the world. However, nothing cures uncertainty like a heaping helping of super powers. 

On October 3rd at 10:30 PM the National Astronomical Detection Agency (NADA) detected a massive global disturbance. Though the disruption lasted mere seconds it's effects would be immediately felt by hundreds of thousands of people, and change life on earth forever.

All across the globe people reported strange mutations, some as simple as a sixth finger, or as outlandish as our hero Kierra who developed unlimited super strength. This is where our story begins. In the early days of a world frantically trying to make sense of the unimaginable. The rise of a world of god's and monsters, and the heroes that protect it.

I need your help! Saving the World is an on going series that I hope to see through to the end. To do that I'll need a jump start. The funds you contribute will go to not only the print costs and distribution of this issue, but to future issue's to insure the vast world of StW can be realized in all it's glory. 

At $700 we hit our first stretch goal which will give all backers of the physical edition an ashcan that expands the universe of Saving the World, with art by Peter Palmiotti, and Tony Sizzle. I am very excited to bring this to you, and hopefully with your help it can be done!

The comic is done and ready to go to print. Honestly, this thing is happening no matter what. However, the more we build right now, the brighter the future! 

As a comicbook artist I fully understand that sometimes money can be tight, but there's more ways you can help:

• Share this campaign on social media! Tell your friends and family!
• Really talk me up. Say stuff like "Tonicmole is a legend in the comic industry."
• I mean really talk me up. Like, "Tonicmole's writing reminds me what it means to be a human being."
• I mean really lay it on thick like "Tonicmole is a force of nature! He's like a hurricane of pure sexually charged imagination! He's a modern wordsmith, and master illustrator!"
• Be so fanatical about my art online that it get's awkward. Like people start reporting your tweets for harassment. So fanatically obsessed that even I have to mute you.
