Self-Absorbed - The Project
As a group of students and creatives in the pursuit of experience in the film industry, we are gathering together and pooling our talent to complete one final project before graduation. We have crafted a script and story which each of us share a deep passion for. Our story shows that the relationships and lifestyles in our current culture can blend in ways that are a little absurd. As young adults navigating a modern world, we all share a connection to our main characters.
This story is not only a shared passion between our crew members, but also an important narrative to share with our generation. As we have entered the age of influencers, we must understand the dangers and implications that may follow a new social-media and advertisement driven culture. Combining entertainment and comedy, Self-Absorbed acts as a precautionary yet laughable tale that we hope all can enjoy.
