why 6500 $ ? why you should join us ?
answer is :
This film we're working on is on the range of 30-35 thousand dollars,
and this 6.5 Thousand dollar that I've campaigned for is for special
effects only, and because it's a horror film the special effects are
very important for us.
To make this a better film, something special
to my heart is that I would love it if I could share this process with
you, & for each and one of you to be by my side as we go on the
journey making my imagination into a film you can watch.
This is the only main reason for this campaign. Sharing our experience with you & hopefully making friends on the way!
Sharing & making friends is prior to everything.
We can do this with out you, but we would rather build a great friendship on our journey & make it extra special.
STORY OF SHALAMRROD

A group of men go in search of their childhood story to find the village
of Shalamrood & the iconic Hasani, when they drive by to the
located village they have mixed emotions about what the villagers say.
Some
say Hasani is still alive & they've seen him, some say it's just a
folklore & some say the villagers killed him, but all of them warned
don't go looking for Shalamrood or you'll never come out.
The group
of men keep to their journey to find Shalamrood an eerie isolated
location, but what they endure is nothing what they would have imagined.
WHO AM I ?

siavash tofighi : director / producer
Siavash Tofighi was born and raised in Iran, Tehran on
February 2, 1984 to Nooshin Emrani, a psychologist who got her PHD from
Oxford, and Naser Tofighi, a famous artist. He knew he had a passion for
arts and films at an early age therefore he attended The High School of
Arts of Seda o Sima, and afterwards studied graphic design in the
University of Tehran with great accomplishments. He made a great status
for himself throughout the years, and became close friends with writers,
directors , and actors around the globe while finishing his BA, he then
attended Oxford University majoring in interior design, but his passion
for films and documentaries made him strive for the best in all aspects
of art throughout his life so he then got his video production degree
from York University finding his new gain of love in production Siavash
Tofighi went on to produce films while writing , he still to this day
will not make his writings public.
