Unlike most of current touch screen smartwatches, the SHAMMANE does not need to be charged daily, you can use it up to 3 days (in normal use).
The watch has a simple architecture : it allows use to extend the battery life.
The SHAMMANE Smartwatch is IP67. It means the watch is protected when you wash your hands or if you get caught in a heavy rain storm. It does not mean the watch is 100% waterproof : you should take it off when swimming or having a shower.

Where are we now?
The SHAMMANE Smartwatch design and engineering is done. We need your help to finalize the software customization and start manufacturing.
To minimize the time between the Indiegogo campaign and production, we worked with our local suppliers for electronic parts in Shenzhen and we have established costs, quantities and deadlines. We are currently working with the best local electronical suppliers working off an already existing module so we can stay 100% focused on Firmware/Software customization
We worked for months with our partners to design our product. Today, we are at an advanced stage : our casing and watch straps are prototyped.

About Production
Our team is comprised of three engineers, experts in manufacturing, quality control, electronics and programming.
"I worked in China for 6 years as an electronical engineer. For the first 2 years, I was in Shenzhen working as an Operation Manager for a quality control company. I learned how to optimize manufacturing processes and obtained all the knowledge necessary to run a project such as SHAMMANE. I then moved to Beijing where I worked for 4 years at LENOVO, the world’s number 1 PC and wearables vendor. This experience gave me the know how to build wearable objects and the necessary tools to anticipate production, hardware, supplier relationship and logistics related constraints.”

About Supply Chain
Arnaud, CEO of SHAMMANE, was the General Manager of a manufacturing company building parts for particle accelerators and magnetic systems.
"Supply chain was my major concern over these past 5 years. I setup and ran a manufacturing plant making parts for particle accelerators which were shipped worldwide. The success of the company was highly dependent upon how the supply chain was controlled. I had to design efficient processes and adapt them over time to maximize cost savings. SHAMMANE is a brand making beautiful, connected objects and our first product is a smartwatch. It is a complex object embedding a mother board, a battery, a display, memory, parts etc. For a project like this, it is obvious that the management of our supply chain will be the key to success for our company.

When will I get my SHAMMANE?

What if my SHAMMANE is broken or has defects?
The SHAMMANE watch has a 1 year warranty.
Do I have to download any APPs on my SHAMMANE?
There is no APP to download on the smartwatch. The only existing APP is the one you have to install on your smartphone, to setup the watch properly.
Is the SHAMMANE waterproof?
The SHAMMANE Watch is "IP67", meaning it is not 100% waterproof. We prefer use the term of protected against water, instead of waterproof.
How long can I use the SHAMMANE Watch without recharging it?
The watch includes a 240maH battery. In normal use, you will have to recharge it every 3 days.
Can I use the SHAMMANE Watch is my Iphone and/or my Android phone?
Yes, the watch is compatible with both.
I have small wrists, can I still wear the SHAMMANE Watch?
Yes, you can refer to our pictures. Our model has small wrists. The dial diameter is 39mm.
What about the watchfaces?
The SHAMMANE Watch comes out with the first three watchfaces you can see on our page.
Can I change the watch straps easily?
Yes. Thanks to our system, you can remove and attach a new strap in 5 seconds.
