Delivery

We've endeavoured to keep delivery costs as low as possible while maintaining the quality of our products and the customer service that we're renowned for. The expenses will vary based on the size of your order - as the number of orders increases, the average delivery costs per order will decline.

Upon the campaign's conclusion, you will receive an email and survey, at which point a delivery fee will be assessed. All surveys must be completed to ensure the receipt of your pledge, and we will notify you when this survey is required to be completed.

Following the campaign, a delivery charge will be assessed - but to provide some insight - please review the table above.

Japan may incur slightly higher costs than the aforementioned estimates.

Specific destinations, such as Colombia and Reunion Island, are costly to deliver to.
