Short Summary
It's now the 25th year anniversary of SimuCon (since the original GemCon of 1990)! We're hoping to continue the tradition and for the event to be better than ever. We revised a number of perks and added some new items! Like last year, you don't have to pay a dime to show up at 'Con. We just want to see your happy faces! If you DO want to contribute, you can get access to the exciting perks listed on the side of the page.
Even if you chose not to donate to our campaign, we do ask that you reserve an EventBrite ticket so we can estimate our headcount. To discuss SimuCon, head over to the facebook event page or the SimuCon 2015 Forums!
The convention is in St. Louis again this year, at the Sheraton Westport Chalet Hotel St. Louis. To register for your rooms, visit the Sheraton Westport website and get booked! We'll be there Thursday, August 6th through Sunday, August 9th and have contracted a $99 per night rate that is available until July 6 (subject to availability). See you there!
Schedule
The final details of the schedule are still being worked out, but you can expect many of the same activities as last year including Radio Free SimuCon, Roundtable discussions, State of Elanthia, game tournaments and contests, and more!
Purchasing Perks and Attending SimuCon
With the exception of the goodie bag perk, you must be present at SimuCon to claim any perks. Physical items will not be mailed.
End of the Campaign
The IndieGoGo campaign has officially ended. However, we've enabled it to still accept donations for perks that do not involve physical items (SimuCon Against Humanity and Friend of SimuCon), as we had to finalize the item count to get everything ordered in time. If you're late signing up, you can still donate to earn a Goodie Bag or to participate in the auction, up until August 1st, 2015!
