Short Summary

It’s that time of the year again!  SimuCon 2017 will be August 2 through August 6 at the Sheraton Lakeside Chalet.  The convention is free to attend, but you can reserve your badge by donating at our Indiegogo campaign to fund our fees for the meeting space, snacks and beverages.  If you are unable to donate but still want to attend, that’s okay!

You can register for your rooms at the Sheraton Westport for the contracted rate of $105 per night, including free in-room wifi.  You can register via this website, or call and mention SimuCon while reserving your room.  You have until July 12, 2017 to book your rooms, subject to availability.  The Indiegogo campaign will end August 1 to allow us to get a final item count; however, you will be able to buy a badge, access to the auction tier (subject to availability), and purchase any extra swag at SimuCon itself.  We hope to see you there!

Schedule

The schedule is still being fine-tuned, but you can expect many of the same activities as last year including Radio Free SimuCon, roundtable discussions, State of Elanthia, game tournaments and contests, and more!

Purchasing Perks and Attending SimuCon

With the exception of the Goodie Bag perk, you must be present at SimuCon to claim any perks.  Physical items will not be mailed.
