What's the Story?
SKITS came from a series of sequential dreams I had while working the graveyard shift at a local T.V. station right after college graduation. My sleeping patterns blurred my dreams into a waking reality where my nights became my days and my days became my nights. The surrealism of waking up from this cycle blurred my days where I dreamt up my character SKITS exactly as you see him. All of the detail, his adventures walking or flying in my dream, even down to the medical scrubs, industrial sized boots, to the very straight jacket you see SKITS wearing on his journey.

Being a fresh new graduate in Art Design from SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design), I began to document my dreams. I used all the tools at my disposal such as concept art, pencil and pen thumbnail sketches and oil based paintings to capture what I was dreaming. Fast forward to about twenty years or so later, I've been working in the Graphic Arts and Design industries building up an international reputation for product development. Having also worked in the toy industry alongside Todd McFarlane and his companies. McFarlane is known to the world as the creator of SPAWN, the highly successful comic franchise and he's one of the founding creators of IMAGE COMICS. Now the time has come to present you with the creation of SKITS as a graphic comic book.

Michael Siegenthaler
Creator and Illustrator of SKITS
Michael is known internationally for his product development in the art and toy industries working with well known craft and big box stores, video game design work and art gallery showings seen around the world. Michael brings SKITS alive from his schizophrenic dreams documented over twenty years ago with his 6 series Comic Book. In 2021, Michael's first campaign, SKITS: THE SON, BOOK 1 was a huge success as an all ages comic set up like a choose your own adventure book, beautifully illustrated with three different types of art style and design inside the interiors of the comic. Michael most recently was commissioned to share his talents in other projects such as comic creator Clint Stoker's "DownCast: the History of Strata." Michael is excited to have everyone's support of his dream.

Carshénah Jefferson Siegenthaler
Actress, Director, Editor of SKITS
Editor, Marketing and Publicity and Production Director of the SKITS Comic Team, Carshénah has worked in the entertainment industry as an actress, director and producer in the T.V/Film industries. One of Carshénah's first jobs right out of graduate school from the University of Florida was model as a Barbie doll for Mattel Inc., then moving on to acting on Broadway with a NY touring company. She is owner of VERSE FILMS PRODUCTIONS, a Horror production company that has launched numerous films for the Horror genre. Carshénah's work spans from co-starring on TWENTIETH CENTURY FOX's "24," "SHAMELESS," Beyoncé's musical short film video "LEMONADE," "WATCH ME: TRILOGY," "THE DEAD OF NIGHT," and most recently seen with "Malcolm in the Middle's" Frankie Muniz in a horror thriller called the "BLACK STRING." Carshénah is happy to continue editng this insanely wild dream ride.
