We provide USB usb extension cord for charging SLIMMY from Laptop but You can use normal smartphone charger to charge Your SLIMMY too.
2. How do I know if battery bank is charging?
When charging the power bank, the red light shines. It will take about 2.5 hours to charge it full. And the light will shut off after the power bank is fully charged.
3. How do I know if my smartphone is charging?
. When charging your iPhone or Android phone, the blue light shines. It will shut off after your smartphone is fully charged or the electricity of the power bank has been used out.
4. How much I can charge my phone?
. This power bank can charge 35% for iphone7, 6 plus and 6s plus, 50% for iphone 6 and 6s, 70% for iphone 5 and 5s. It is your best choice for emergency use.
5. How strong is a power bank?
. This power bank is made of 304 stainless steel. So SLIMMY super durable, safe and convenient to use.
6. How long time I need to charge my phone?
It can take minimum 20 minutes up to 1 hr to use all charge energy from battery bank. All depend on how you are using your phone during charging and what is a model of your phone. .When it is charging for your smartphone, it is in super fast charging status. So you still can use your phone during charging even your phone in 1% battery charging limit.
7. Is it support both iPhone and Android phones?
Yes, When you Back it you will be asked to choose which connection you want, iPhone or Android. But still you will get adapter in case you will need to charge another smartphone.
