SmartDesk 3 surfaces are sustainable, and built to last. Stable MDF cores that do not warp or crack are bonded with scratch-resistant veneer for a sleek, uniform finish.

7" touchscreen display

The 7” touchscreen intelligent interface supports 10 finger touch and an onscreen keyboard to give you full functionality without the need for a physical keyboard or mouse.

Intuitive UX allows the user to easily activate and customize shortcuts, sync external devices, and navigate the shortcut store.

Dual-motorized sit-to-stand

SmartDesk 3 is powered by two linear actuators that lift and lower the desk to the required height. Our signature dual-motor system is durable, powerful, and whisper quiet.

SmartDesk 3 easily supports multiple monitors, gliding from its lowest to highest extension (24 inches to 50 inches) in approximately 12 seconds. It lifts up to 300 lbs at 2.3 inches per second, emitting a negligible 38db while doing so.

Enhanced ergo-engineering removes the need for a crossbar, freeing up space for storage needs and allowing for easy wheelchair access.

1. What makes the SmartDesk 3 special? Just how smart is Smart?

SmartDesk 3 allows you to control your environment, your sit-to-stand preferences, your health and your productivity - all at a single touch. A workstation that truly works for you, it learns you to understand your priorities and anticipate your needs.

2. How long before my SmartDesk 3 knows me?

You’ll be buddies within a week!

3. How easy is it to override suggestions?

Simply select Skip, or allow the notification to time out.

4. Is my information safe?

Your information is perfectly safe with us. We use https protocol and 256 bit encryption to make sure that all of your information is secure.

5. How easy is it to reconfigure the SmartDesk 3 for a new employee or user?

Very. Log out of the current user account and sign in with a new user account. Simply follow the instructions to begin using the new account!

6. If a second user logs in to the SmartDesk 3, does the first user have to sync his device to configure his account all over again?

The first user will just need to log into his account to unlock previous settings and shortcuts.

7. Which languages can the assistant work in?

The SmartDesk 3 currently operates in English. Dependent on demand, we hope to introduce French, German and Simplified Chinese soon.

8. Is the operating app for the desk compatible with all phones?

9. Will there be software updates available?

Yes! Autonomous software is always improving and evolving. We will send you notifications on the SmartDesk 3 itself when new updates are ready to download.

10. Which shortcuts come already installed?

For your convenience, 3 shortcuts come pre-installed. The Sit-to-Stand shortcut allows you to adjust the height of the desk and save your preferences. Order Food connects you to hundreds of restaurants to organise delivery. Gestures allows you to control your favourite desktop apps from your SmartDesk touchscreen, to further streamline your workflow.

11. What happens if the desk loses power? Do I lose my settings?

Don’t worry! All your settings are safely backed up on the cloud.

12. What happens if my screen freezes? What do I do?

Please disconnect the SmartDesk 3 from the power source and plug it in again. It should reset, but if you encounter difficulties, please send us an email at human@autonomous.ai for assistance.

13. Does the SmartDesk 3 need to rest? Do I need to regularly shut down and start up the AI assistant to keep it running smoothly?

No, SmartDesk 3 is self-regulating and can take care of itself!

14. How easy is it to assemble and set up the Autonomous SmartDesk 3? What tools will I need?

Assembly is not difficult. Most customers finish setting up their new desks in 15 to 30 minutes. We include all the assembly tools needed!

15. Does this desk use a regular 120 volt outlet?

Yes. Our standing desk is compatible with standard 120 volts - 240 volts outlets. Both currents are automatically converted by the desk. US orders are installed with the standard two-prong plug. For international orders, we convert the plug to the type used by the destination country.

16. Can I connect my speakers to the SmartDesk 3?

The SmartDesk 3 is outfitted with WiFi capability and will be able to sync with all compatible devices and appliances.

17. What size is the touchscreen? Can I move or reposition it?

The SmartDesk 3 is a 7 inch touchscreen, with viewable dimensions measuring 3.4” L x 5.9” W, or (86 mm x 150mm). The touchscreen is an built-in, integral part of the standing desk. It cannot be moved or repositioned.

18. Is the touchscreen water resistant?

Yes! We’re really proud of this. Just concentrate on what you do best, your SmartDesk 3 is splash-proof, spill-proof and shower-proof!

19. Does the screen work with gloves?

We suggest skin to screen contact for optimum use!

20. Does the SmartDesk 3 come in different colors?

Make it yours! SmartDesk 3 is available in Titan Black, Classic White and Grayscale (white desktop and gray frame).

21. How loud is the motor on the SmartDesk 3 Standing Desk as it raises and lowers?

Our motors are the most silent on the market. Featuring advanced noise cancellation engineering, our SmartDesks are whisper-quiet at only 39 dB during movement.

22. How high does the SmartDesk 3 extend?

The SmartDesk 3 standing desk extends up to 50 inches.

23. What is the lowest height the standing desk drops down to?

The lowest height the SmartDesk 3 drops down to is 24 inches.

24. What is the thickness of the table top of the standing desk?

The thickness of the table top is just shy of 1 inch.

25. How much weight can your SmartDesk support? I have two wide monitors, 27" each. Will they be safe?

The SmartDesk 3 has a lifting power of 300 lbs and should be able to support multiple monitors if you wish!

25. Can I charge my other devices using the SmartDesk 3?

The SmartDesk 3 does not have an in-built charging capacity. For easy wireless charging, please check out our Qi charger in the Autonomous Accessories Kit.

26. How long is the cord /plug wire? In another words, how far can this desk be from an outlet?

Approximately 75 inches or 6.25 feet.

27. Are there any circumstances that void the warranty?

Our warranty does not cover: (1) defects caused by improper assembly; (2) defects occurring after purchase due to product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse or negligence; (3) normal wear and tear due to age; and (4) labor or assembly costs. 28. How do I report a fault or request replacement parts?

29. What is the warranty on the standing desk?

SmartDesk 3 is covered by a 1 year warranty. In the unlikely case of any problems, we will quickly fix the desk, free of charge, or send a brand new standing desk to your shipping location of choice.

30. Can you give me more information about your 30-Day Trial policy?

If you don’t like your desk, we’ll take it back. It’s that simple and easy. You have until 30 days after delivery to build and use your desk. If you change your mind, you can then request to return the desk for a full refund (we even cover shipping!), no questions asked. This policy only applies to all desks delivered inside continental US. International orders do not qualify for this program. Please note that the returned standing desk needs to be in its original packaging. If not, we reserve the right to refuse your request.

31. Can I reschedule my delivery date and time?

Yes. To make sure the process goes smoothly however, please notify us within 6 hours after receiving your order confirmation.

32. Will I be notified of the exact delivery date and time?

We mostly ship via FedEx. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a tracking number so you can follow its progress through the courier’s system.

33. Will I need to sign on delivery?

No, we ship with FedEx which doesn’t require you to sign on delivery. But if you would like to request that, please notify us beforehand.

34. What are the dimensions of the packaging?
