A: Yes, we ship the Solartab® C worldwide.

Q: What are the shipping costs for the Solartab C?

A: Shipping is free in the United States. For every other country, we add $10 for shipping.

Q: How long does it take to charge my iPad with the Solartab® C?

A: For a full charge, it will take about 3.5 hours for the iPad Air 2 and 4 hours for the iPad Pro 9.7.

Q: How long does it take to charge up the Solartab®​ C's internal battery using the 6.5W solar panel?

A: Charging the Solartab® C from 5% power to full by solar power only takes about 6 hours.

Q: How long does it take to charge up the Solartab®​ C's internal battery using the USB-C wall charger?

A: Charging the Solartab® C's battery from empty to full takes a bit less than 3 hours using the supplied high power USB-C wall charger. 

Q: What kind of USB-C cable is supplied with the Solartab® C?

A: The Solartab® C comes with a very high quality USB-C to USB-C cable supporting the USB 3.1 Gen 2 standard. The cable has the ability to deliver 100 watts of power and supports data transfer rates up to 10 Gbps. And is of course fully reversible. This means it’s also ideal for charging laptops like your new Apple MacBook® Pro (2016), Apple Macbook® or Google Chromebook™, as well as all your other USB-C devices.

Q: When is Solartab C expected to ship?

A: Solartab C is expected to ship from December. We have already placed the order for the first batch of Solartab® C for Indiegogo backers with our manufacturer.

Q: My order number is 0. Should I be worried?

A: No need for concern. Before the campaign ends, the number is "0". After the campaign ends, every contribution is assigned a proper order ID for shipping of perks.
