Solemate can be used with or without an App, it is easily operated with just one press of a button: 1 second activate Normal Mode, 5 seconds activate Strong Mode.

We designed our App to provide users with bigger convenience allowing them to store data about their shoes and easily repeat the same sterilization algorithm for the same pair of shoes and easily access information about the remaining battery.

What makes SoleMate so different?

We keep the process under controlled in our PEVA material sterilization bag. Using the hermetically sealed bag we ensure that certain density of negative ions and ozone generated by SoleMate will always stay on a certain level during the process. Ozone is an unstable, short-lived molecule, it is destroyed by other molecules of odors inside the sterilization bag, thus no ozone from SoleMate would ever reach you or influence environment.

Providing information about the material and type of your shoes you help App create an algorithm so that the amount of ozone should be generated to match the amount of possible odor. This way, molecules of ozone and odors will destroy each other and neither ozone nor odor is present after the completion of the process.

SoleMate does not overheat or overdry your shoes so it doesn't influence the shoe material in any way. It is especially important with leather shoes.

SoleMate designed the way that ozone and negative ion molecules can reach into every part of the shoe.

Behind The Idea

Personally, I am an active person who is going to the Gym at least 3 days a week and as well a frequent business traveler for me it was always a problem to deal with a shoe odor caused by sweat which is inevitable as we are all humans. Sweat in our shoes can cause a growth of bacteria which led to a whole bunch of problems from unpleasant odor to fungus infection and athlete feet disease. Traditional sterilizers and deodorizers not very much of the help: take the sprays, they are totally useless, bulky, ugly devices, available now, are not portable and need to be plugged in into a power outlet.

So the idea behind the Solemate is my desire to solve this problem once and for all: give modern people the solution which will be easy to use, mobile, smart and discreet looking (we all know that this is a kind of problem you hardly want to share with anyone).
