Living is easy with eyes closed, Misunderstanding all you see.

Strawberry Fields is a short film that follows a 6 week journey throughout the United Kingdom. Our goal is to show the similarities between The Beatles music and the country in which they are from. It will be a documentary style film that shows our travel through 20+ cities in the UK. The soundtrack will be comprised entirely of Beatles covers performed by UK musicians.

Where and when are we going?

On March 9th we will catching a plane from Vancouver, Canada to London, England.

During our journey we will be visiting over 20 cities such as:

Manchester

Liverpool

Bath

Belfast

Edinburgh

And many more!

We will be documenting the entire trip and interviewing locals and travelers alike.

As soon as we get back from our trip in late April the post production begins with our hope to have the film released by August of 2016.

How is this film being made?

This film is going to shot on a Panasonic GH4 and GOPROHero4 Black in 4K.

Kai Ohio Cleveland is the man behind the soundtrack of this film. He will be bringing together a superstar team of musicians in order to create the soundtrack. He is a Manchester based Musician and we feel very fortunate to be working with him! Check out his project the Samsara Sessions to see how talented he truly is.

Where does the money go?

Regardless of whether we hit our goal this film is going to be made! The plane tickets have been purchased and we already have the money we need for travelling. This campaign will only make this film as awesome as it can be!
The money will be used to upgrade some minor equipment but mainly for post-production costs.
