Why hello there,

Years ago Writer/Director Cheyenne Gordon came up with an idea that would become a love letter to the 90's genre of slasher horror known as "who done it". That love letter would become a film called Slasher Flick and would end up never seeing the light of day and put on the back burner... until now! Now teaming up with Studio 605, Jonestown Films, and Concept Media Cheyenne is ready to bring his film to light with a few tweaks for story and tone and deliver the best love letter to 90's horror yet still giving you a very original story and feel in Scream for Summer!

Who's making this?

We're glad you asked! Studio 605 will be bringing us this fantastic piece of horror! 605 is owned  by four members consisting of; Roman Jossart, Brandon Prewitt, Jack Norman, and Travis Wilson. Studio 605 was founded in 2013 and in those 4 short years they have produced 4 Feature films and 7 Shorts with another feature in pre-production. They are one of the most busy and hard working companies in the indie world. Some of 605 films include: Campground: The Requel, The Woods Within, The Wicked One and the youtube sensation Friday the 13th: The Curse of Jason.

Along with 605 we are bringing on Tory Jones from Jonestown Films. Tory will be serving as a producer on this picture to insure it get done and made and within budget. Tory's most recent work is the soon to be released The Wicked One which just recently gained nation distribution. 

We also are pleased to announce Shawn Burkett of Concept Media will be joining us as our editor. Burkett has produced and edited many films including: Don't Fuck in the Woods, Bludgeon, The Sleeping Soul and most recently Betsy. 

Who's in this movie?

Mary Watters (featured above) will be our leading lady! Mary will be playing the role of Sam Willis. Many of you may remember Mary as the kid sister in the opening of our previous film The Wicked One.

Tyler Riley (featured below) will be joining the team as Tristan Palmer. Tyler has been seen in both feature films The Woods Within and Campground: The Requel. Last year he was in an episode of Limitless and in the short film Diary of a Psychopath.

Alicia Clark (featured above) is no stranger to the camera and we are very lucky to have her as our Tess Floyd. Alicia has been in several horror films over the last few years including: The Killbillies, The Hospital, and Kill, Granny, Kill!

Roman Jossart (featured below) will be playing Brody Mason. After acting in small parts in his own films, Roman has been branching out to larger roles. Some of Roman's acting credits are: Don't Fuck in the Woods, Campground: The Requel and The Wicked One

Sokheang Ty (featured above) will be joining our cast as stoner Zeke Morris. This talented young man was in the TV series The Hill and the short film The Adventures of Sam Wolf.

Kat Gore (featured below) will be playing Jenna Hatton. Kat is relatively new to film, only appearing in the unreleased short Kevin's Day Out. We are excited to have her as part of our team and how could you not with a last name like that???

Our fearless leader Cheyenne Gordon (featured below) will be playing Officer Matt Harper. If you've seen The Wicked One you know how great he was as Trevor.

What do we need?

We are seeking and asking for the necessary and only the necessary funds to make this picture. Anything we obtain past our $6000 budget will go toward the film in increasing the production value overall of the film. We have a budget breakdown, shooting schedule and story boards. We have broken the script down to 18 shooting days (depending on reshoots due to weather or other reasons) to film all principal photography, including practical gore effects. Yes, the good ole blood and not CGI will make its way into this ;) 

Risks?

Studio 605 has never not delivered on a film or let alone a perk. Regardless of the challenge or uphill battle we alway find a solution and a way to prevail. You have no reason to doubt us. We stand by our word on everything we do.
