Risks & Challenges
I personally
faced many challenges while writing this piece and having the project brought
to life. Writing “Sunshine Day” opened up a lot of old wounds and unwanted
memories of a tragedy that happen to my entire family when I was just five
years old. I started writing Sunshine Day because I felt that it may be
therapeutic for me but after completing the script I found it to be far more
than that. I developed the courage to finally talk about what happened that
night to family and friends. I found that my story brought hope to some and
encouraged others which led me to seek out a production crew so that my screen
play can be turned into a movie. I know that by making this film a lot of lives
will be saved and that's what keeps me inspired.
