My husband and I have been in the restaurant business for over a decade, first in Asia and now in California, USA. While I focus on administration and marketing, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges restaurants face—especially on slow Mondays and Happy Hour periods.
Over the years, we’ve explored countless marketing platforms, but none specifically help restaurants fill tables on their slowest days while remaining affordable for owners.
