Welcome to part 2 of my album fundraising campaign! Together in Part 1 - we raised a total of $3,340!! As a fully independent artist, I’ve been navigating the music industry and sustaining my career for over 15 years. This journey has been anything but straightforward—balancing various jobs both within and outside the industry, from songwriting and session work as a backing vocalist to roles entirely unrelated to music, all to keep my passion alive.

For the past seven years, I’ve been based in London, UK, where I’ve focused on honing my craft, building my career, and growing as an artist. Now, I’m returning home to Nova Scotia to embark on a deeply personal and long-awaited project: recording my debut album.

This marks a pivotal moment in my career—one of the first times I’ve been able to fully step away from other commitments to dedicate myself entirely to my own artistry. It’s an opportunity to bring my vision to life, collaborating with incredible local talent and creating music that reflects the journey and growth I’ve experienced over the years.

As an independent artist, taking on a project of this scale comes with significant financial challenges. The costs of studio time, production, mixing, and all the moving parts required to create an album quickly add up. That’s why I’ve launched an open campaign to invite those who believe in my music to be part of this journey.
