My name is Irina and I'm an amateur photographer. I have never aimed to earn money via photography, but I always wanted to shoot things the way I see them.  I've been doing that for a while and now I have come to a point where I need a challenge to move forward!

It is very difficult to find your own vision nowadays as we are drowning in the amount of tutorials and lessons on how to shoot and how to create photos. It is very nice to have access to such education, but quite often it just kills the identity… Since this hobby started, I’ve been trying to preserve my own creative view, even if the resulting photos have been breaking all of the rules. For this campaign I have selected a set of photos that aren’t considered as “classically good”. All of them were criticised at the start by professionals, but gradually gained appreciation:

HOW TO ORDER

A digital image (or wallpaper sized to the desired dimensions, if you’d prefer) will be available for $5 contribution.

A 18"x12" (approx 45x30 cm) print of any of the above images will be available for $35 contribution.

A 24"x16" (approx 60x40 cm) print will be sent to you for $50 contribution.

For $100 contribution you will get a 24"x36" (approx 60x90 cm) print

A special present will be waiting for you for a $150 contribution! I have prepared a wonderful triptych - a set of 3 photos that are logically and graphically linked. Each of the photos in the triptych is 12"x12" (that is approx 50x50 cm).

CUSTOM PERK

Besides the above, I have also added a custom perk. It will be very useful for those who'd like to support the campaign, but none of the offered options are perfectly suitable. Do you need a frame? Do you need a bigger/smaller print? Would you like a batch of prints? All of your requests will be discussed and nailed down between us. After that I'll create a personalised perk with all the details in it and send you the link

WHY DO I NEED YOUR SUPPORT

I want to progress and move further. An opportunity to challenge myself has recently appeared - a road trip along west coast of the United States. I have covered as much as I could, but there is still a need to complete my photo gear with some missing items. Depending on the amount I get through this campaign, I’ll be able to buy the following:

Another important reason for this campaign to be successful is the planned consequent campaign to share the results of the US road trip. That campaign will only be launched if this one gets enough support (that would mean that you are really interested in what I am doing).
Why not sharing the results of the trip in this campaign? ‘cause I can’t promise you something I haven’t yet done.
