"Could barely move my arms after a couple sets of these. Although they were “bicep” exercises they worked the entire body and I was able to adjust how much tension I was putting in the moves. In essence I could make it as hard as I wanted to. The Isokinetic version also acts as a force multiplier so the slower you go the harder it gets.
