I'm a writer, director, actor, fan of detective stories and strong female leads.
THE BERET GIRLS DETECTIVE AGENCY is an hour episodic about two cousins once separated by a family rift who reunite to confront a mystery plaguing their quirky home town.
My producing partners and I are running a campaign to fund a trailer to pitch this mystery-comedy series I've written!
My last project, "Moon Eyes", was a successful collaborative effort made on a shoestring budget of $5000. Imagine what we can do with more resources!

The Impact
- This is a fun, funny, quirky detective show, but it's a story about family with heart. I want to share this story and create more programming that reflects the struggles and wins of REAL WOMEN.
- My last project, "Moon Eyes", was a successful collaborative effort made on a shoestring budget of $5000. It turned out beautifully, and we just got our premiere date at Annapolis Film Festival. Imagine what we can do with more resources this time around!
- This is my passion! I studied film in school and haven't stopped since. This project will take my directing reel and skills to the next level, and will help catapult me into better opportunities as an emerging filmmaker.
Risks & Challenges
- Filming a short project is full of logistical challenges, but I'm working with a talented crew. Film industry professionals are by nature resourceful, creative problem solvers.
- We're planning and doing as much pre-production preparation as possible.
- We value clear communication, and I have two producers helping me get this thing done. There's power in numbers!
