We are raising money for our production of "The Door", a short film filled with adventure and mystery. This short film will be filmed in Pennsylvania. These funds will specifically be used to alleviate production costs as well as post-production costs. We are aiming for a total budget of $6,000.
Currently, we are at the end of our development stage moving into our pre-production phase. We anticipate production taking place between August - October with a premiere scheduled for the Summer of 2022.
Through this campaign, we are hoping to raise $4,000, by asking you to donate. Can’t spare a penny? There are other ways you can help like sharing our link on Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, or wherever your heart desires. Every share helps!

My team has shown the ability to be efficient with any budget that we have, using connections within our network to mitigate costs.
Film production is no joke! So we wanted to create a concept piece to show the validity of our idea and there's a lot that goes into making this dream everything it could be, and we can't do that without your help. These necessities include but are not limited to:
- Payment for crew and actors
- Delicious food for our shooting days
- Transportations and locations
- Equipment and rentals
- and so much more!

To make this project a success, we will be reaching to achieve a proper Visual Effect Post Production process. That means collaborating with a more established VFX team.
You'll also be helping us develop even more filmmaking skills allowing us to up our production value as we plan to rent work with more established visual teams to ensure the highest quality possible.
We will also be able to feed and pay those that take time out of their day to help bring this story to life.
Your donations will help us make a killer production we can all be proud of creating. We're excited to share the final product that you will have made possible!

Our biggest roadblock is funding. 2020 was hard on many people. This makes people hesitant to donate for good reason. The way we aim to combat some of that anxiety is by being fiscally sponsored.
We successfully acquired a fiscal sponsorship with From The Heart Productions as we crowdfund our project. This makes it easier for people to donate to our project.

We love collaborating and to us that means reciprocation. That's why, with every donation, we plan on giving back as well, whether that means dedicated credits so everyone knows you were a part of this from the very beginning, film props signed by the cast and crew, first look premiere event invitations and so much more!
We also have plans to partner with multiple local businesses to help build the local economy after such a devastating year. This will allow us to give back to not only the local community but small businesses that truly need support.

1) Every donation made is going to be used in ways that utilize the local businesses where we intend to film as well as giving exposure to the area as more tourism begins opening back up.
2) You'll be helping us feed the cast and crew to no expense to them, as well as allowing us to expand and develop our skills. Your support really rocks, seriously. So thank you.
3) We have always been fans of the adventure genre.
Whether it be Indiana Jones or Back to The Future, adventure films have always been fun to us. We wanted to create a story with its own world and its own mythology behind it but has these characters really rooted into its history like Indiana Jones or Harry Potter. It’s a mash-up of those two mediums. The heart and the charm.
Diversity will also be forward-facing. We hope to create an adventure of the magical world using the lens of a female perspective and BIPOC stories with world-building, which we hope will flip the anticipated story tropes, and explore other stories within established genre types. However, this still a story about closure and about the acceptance of death, even when you have the ability to reverse it.
We also believe
this will give a new set of adventures to a younger generation. We think this could lead to more stories and adventures from the perspectives of the underdogs and is just
the building block for a grand world that we hope to continue sharing with you throughout the years, but first, we want to prove we can do it.
With your help, we will be one step closer.
