Written by Barbara Barclay Yoshida and directed by Ralph Lewis, Language Games, Intuitive Leap, and Animal Magnetism take a feminist look at contemporary masculinity through three interrelated stories. Each stands alone as a short film, and together, they comprise a full-length feature film.

Shot during the pandemic, The Hare Trilogy has had a wonderful development journey:  After some rough cutting and a sold-out test screening at Anthology Film Archives… and then more rough cutting and 2 hybrid workshops at the Frankel Theater and Wild Project… we NOW have 3 different editors doing what filmmakers call the fine cut and color—like a new hairdo!—before going out in public.

This post-production phase is our last chance to create the final versions of these funky feminist films, and supporting these editors financially is the last big hurdle. Paying artists is essential.  By this summer, all three films will be available for streaming around the world!  And we’ll be submitting these films to many international film festivals.  Who knows where in the world your name will be appearing!
