Part 2 of 6 short stories
The Interlopers by Dustin Bowcott:- Starring Ian Gelder and Mark Wingett
Based on the short story by Saki
Synopsis
Ulrich is very protective over his land and knows that a poorer neighbour, Georg, has been hunting on it without his permission. Having had enough of this interloper, Ulrich sets out to put a stop to Georg once and for all. He grabs a gun and sets out to find him.
Believing that he has every right to hunt a few rabbits wherever he pleases, Georg thinks Ulrich the real interloper and makes a point of hunting his land as often as he pleases.
On a wet, mildly unpleasant day, the two men meet in the wood. After a brief argument, Ulrich steps into an animal trap, injuring himself to the point of incapacitation. Forgetting their feud for a moment, Georg hurries to help. Believing that Georg is about to finish him off once and for all, Ulrich shoots him in the leg.
Both unable to move, the two men discover the stupidity of their actions and actually become friends. However, it isn't long before they discover who really owns the land and the ending isn't pleasant at all.

We need contributors
Like all campaigns on INDIEGOGO we need to raise funds to make the film which will be entered into the festivals worldwide. If we get to £3000, £750 goes to The Phoebe Research Fund. Should this win awards then we get to raise valuable awareness and to make a wonderfully entertaining film.
