Short Summary
My name is Josh Daniels and I've been involved with filmmaking for 3 years now, but i have studied film most of my life. I first fell in love with film while watching “Star Wars”. I remember watching the behind the scenes videos of George Lucas and how he put everything together. Since then, I wanted to make films and share a different perceptive through my eyes.
Two years ago, I was watching “Cops” on T.V. when I had the idea of writing my short film “The Last Hour”. I wrote, produced and directed this short with a group of friends in Arizona. After seeing all the positive reviews and people asking for this to be a series or a film, I decided to launch a campaign to turn this into my first feature film.
This can only happen with your help.
What We Need & What You Get
You can't make a movie without cameras, lights and sound equipment, plus the skilled artists required to operate such equipment. Add to that, the locations and rentals needed for this project.
After careful review, the lowest number we’ve come up with is $10,000 (which includes calling in favors and searching for volunteers, all of whom we'd love to pay if we can raise more money).
Everyone who donates to our campaign gets a wonderful gift. As the donations increase in size, so do the perks. Digital copies, signed t-shirts, posters, IMDB credits as Producer or Executive Producer and the chance to make a special appearance in the film.
We hope to hit our goal but if we don't, then we will try it again! My team and I believe in this film. We believe in the story. We WILL make this movie.
Other Ways You Can Help
In addition to your donation – great or small – we also need your help in spreading the word about this campaign. This is truly one of the most important ways you can help us get the film made. So, please share this Indiegogo link with friends and family members, plus casual acquaintances, including your doctor, your mailman and your favorite Walmart employee. Don’t forget, all your Facebook and social media connections as well.
Thanks in advance.
