When it came to make The Long Road the IndieGoGo community were amazing in supporting both  the film and me and have made it possible for us to create a strong, entertaining, professionally made film. I couldn’t have done it without your help.

Craig’s feature film debut, the award-winning horror film THROUGH THE LOOKING GLASS has screened and been nominated at festivals worldwide. In 2007 it won the award for Best Horror at SBFF. It has since been picked up by US distributor Continuum and is available on DVD/VOD at Amazon, Walmart, Barnes & Noble, Target and several other retailers in the US.

Craig has recently completed his latest feature film, a road movie called THE LONG ROAD. The British Council is currently screening the film for festival programmers such as Sundance, Berlinale and he is talking to several sales agents to secure a deal. 

In 2012 Craig co-created and directed The Nightvision Experiment, an on-line horror experience developed in conjunction with Channel 4 starring Shazad Latif (Star Trek Discovery), Keith Allen (Trainspotting) and Ray Quinn. It was voted no.7 in the London Film Review top 10 of 2013

Craig also co-founded production company Go Faster Stripedirecting live comedy DVDs for artists such as Stewart Lee, Richard Herring, Simon Munnery and Robin Ince.

After a successful IndieGoGo campaign which saw the film become "In Demand" we completed the shoot and finished post production thanks to the support of the following companies who all gave their time and support free of charge as they believed in the film.

There’s something special about road movies - the big open vistas contrasted with the tight confines of the car, the sense of freedom, the sense of being right in there with the driver, the excitement of the open road. We’d all love to be in one wouldn’t we? This is your chance.

What’s different about your road movie I hear you ask?

It’s a road movie set in Britain. There are not many of those. Straight away it plays with the idea of what we think a road movie is.

I wanted to tell this story because I loved the idea of a ‘British road movie’, and thought it would be a fantastic backdrop for a character study of a man facing his greatest challenge - confronting his own death. It’s a story that also tackles big issues such as family, a sense of mortality and the meaning of life. Along the way it also gives us an opportunity to show the diversity of Britain.

As it’s a film about impending death it would be very easy to make it hard going but I am determined to make a film that is life affirming and has a real sense of adventure and discovery.

Road movies are great for tackling these kinds of issues and also they’re just really cool.
