ARTISTIC STATEMENT
The Reawakening is a Los Angeles multimedia art show produced by Clusterfu. The event is where visual and performance artists transform the chaos of contemporary life. We will house professional artists, and present the creativity of high school students who are interested in pursuing a career in the arts. Now more than ever we are reawakening to the importance of holding each other accountable, being supportive, and including the voices of the youth.
Incorporating the next generation will allow high school students to practice work ethic, and be among professionals who have chosen art as a career path. They will also be able to witness first hand how cross collaboration (like the above video) creates the opportunity to build community and unity.
The reality of the world is challenging us to walk our talk, and to embody our individual truths. Help us shine light through art and bring forth the youth who will lead us into a better tomorrow. Your contribution can make this happen!
WHAT WE NEED FUNDING FOR
We are going to be putting every dollar we can into this show. It takes a village to make a multimedia art show, and we have brought on an excellent team of creatives who will be extremely important in making this event look amazing!
We need to acquire lights, tools, cameras, ladders, sound equipment, as well as pay our cast and crew.
This money will cover production costs.
- Production Staff - $3000
- Venue/Travel/Meals- $4900
- Cast- $2000
- Stage/ Curating Equipment - $1750
- Insurance/Permits - $350

The process of producing an art show is typically a challenging endeavor. Our team of seasoned professionals with years of experience among them are committed to and capable of delivering an awesome experience that will make all of its contributors proud to have been along for the ride.
