Logline:

Short Summary:

The Larson family survives nuclear winter in their homemade bomb shelter.

Everything changes with the arrival of an unexpected guest…

We have been in development through the fall of 2014 and are now officially seeking investors to help with the making of our short film, THE REMNANTS.

Story:

When we first meet the Larson family they have been surviving in a doomsday bunker along with their next-door neighbor Martin, a registered sex offender. Mrs. Larson shows utter disdain for Martin, insisting that he remain chains while in her daughter's presence, but the situation changes drastically when Mr. Larson's college roommate shows up with news of the outside world.

Soon the man they've unfairly judged may be the Larson family’s only hope of survival.

Production:

We are building and lighting a studio set FRIDAY January 9th 2015, and shooting the following day SATURDAY January 10th 2015.

Cinematographer John Lazear will be shooting on RED Epic camera with a very talented Cast and Crew.

My producers Haven McQeary and Don Kitzman are looking to raise $7,500 for this project. We are seeking 375 individuals to donate $20 each.
