Short Summary

Hello, Thank for for clicking on my Indiegogo for my Senior Thesis Film.

I am Student at Arizona State University and for the last year and a half I been working on a project that is very close to me: The Skeleton God. This film was greatly inspired by my childhood. When I was younger, my siblings and I could turn anything into an adventure. From the snow mountain tops of Pluto ruled by Penguin Deities to the Cave of Robotic Zombie Ghosts, we thought of it all. But as kids the games not only served as way to pass the time but as means of catharsis.

This film seeks to recreate a group of children on a fantastic adventure but with the purpose of exploring their family dynamics and confronting their abusers, if only in a fictional world. Whatever can't be said in the home can be played out in an adventure.

What We Need & What You Get

For my Senior Film I am asking for $1250:

• Elaborate costumes and makeup for the  9 person cast.
• Lighting Kits, Gels, Visqueen, Post-it notes, Puppets, Yarn, Tents, Sleeping bags and other items for Production Design
• Food for Cast and Crew for a 6 day shoot.
• Gas and Compensation for Cast

The Impact

Apart from helping me finance my senior project, I hope this film can open up a dialogue about child abuse and what are the signs to look for if a child needs your help.

Risks & Challenges

Since we are working 90% child cast, we can only shoot for a limited amount of time. Our days will be fast and complex.
