WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?
Hi, we're Yuuri, Anatol, Ignacio and Simone, 4 slam poets from all around the world, and we're planning to go on a trip together. During the last decade we met while touring Europe, but this year we came up with this idea: touring Latin America and Slam in it.
From October 16 to November 26 we'll be traveling through 8 countries to perform with local slammers in a non competitive but "harsh" tournament, where we'll see who's best, residents or foreign champions. And we plan to have someone following us to film and record everything for a featured documentary or an online series.
YES, BUT, WHO ARE YOU?
If you're here and don't personally know us, here's a little presentation of each member of the group

OK, SO WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We're not just going around to see the marvelous landscape of Latin-America, we want to use the tools we have, our art, to connect, to grow, to make things happen. We witnessed the power of Slam throughout the years and we know that this form of art can do a lot for our society.
Each continent, each country, each city has it's own way of slamming, and nothing can make things evolve other than learning, understanding, being open to change. And we're sure that this experience will change us, we hope it will change other people's lives too.
Our plan focuses on three main points:

OK, BUT, WHAT'S THERE FOR ME?
When we planned the trip, we managed to contact every Slam community and cover ourselves the expenses we'll face during the tour, but we value the work of other people, so we don't want to ask the person (or the people) who'll follow us around, to pay for their own flights, accommodation and food. The amount of money we set as goal should cover a month and a half of tickets, beds and meals for one person, but more money, means more possibilities.
Editing time has its cost, post-production too, if we can bring more gear, we can record nicer material, if we could pay two people the result would be nicer... and if we could repay some of our tickets, we would be less stressed, after all.
So take a look at the rewards, choose what fits your needs and remember that you're doing it so that everyone, in the future, will be able to see our documentary for free. As we learned with slam, everyone wins when you experience something, so if we could make people experience what we'll witness during this trip, we'll have reached our real goal.
With 1€ - you'll show us your love and we'll show you ours. Your name will appear in the end credits of the documentary;
With 5€ - you'll get an e-book with all the poems we'll perform during the tour with a link to the corresponding video of one of the live performances (because of this, the e-book will be sent after the tour);
With 10€ - you can choose among the books from Yuuri, Anatol and Ignacio (unfortunately Italy has its costs, so we can't give you Simone's one for this amount, but if you want it, look below, there's another book reward)
With 12€ - you can ask for a personalized video performance in a specific country, our videomaker will choose the best landscape for you, you will choose your favorite slammer and a poem, and we'll record it and send it to you;
With 15€ - if you plan to come and see one of our shows, buy your ticket in advance, and you get Yuuri's, Anatol's or Ignacio's book too;
With 25€ - you will get a t-shirt of the tour and make us feel like real rock stars;
With 40€ - you get all books, yes, all, Simone's too;
With 100€ - you can become our sponsor, your name or logo will be shown on every video and or picture we'll post during the trip;
With 500€ - you become our executive producer, your name will appear in the opening credits of the documentary and on every video and post we'll create during the tour (of course we'll veto every offer from non-ethical sponsors or companies)
