My "Why"
I’ve always been about the story behind the song.
From an early age, I found myself wanting to write down words and phrases that move me. Whether it’s a passing quip in a conversation or a single line waking me up in the middle of the night, the words have always gone into a notebook. And then someday, a song brings those words to life in a way that’s deeply meaningful to me.
A great song is like life experience manifested into melody. That’s what makes this whole experience of being an artist and songwriter authentic for me…knowing what was in my head when I wrote the words, and then using that idea to drive creation of something that can make an impression on listeners.
The culmination of the entire process for me is taking those songs, recording them in a compelling way, and getting those recordings out to the world, so folks out there can experience it for themselves anytime they want. For as long as I can, I’ll keep chasing the song that improves someone’s moment. I’ll keep on loving through music.

Up 'Til Now
As difficult as this industry can be, music has been decent to me so far. As a proud military veteran, transitioning to this kind of lifestyle has its challenges. But I’ve been able to release music in 2022, ‘23, and ‘24, produced by some of the giants of the industry. That music has generated substantial radio airplay on over 60 stations all over the US.
I’ve shared the stage with some incredible artists like Pam Tillis, Jo Dee Messina, Easton Corbin, Uncle Kracker, Jason Eady, and Randall King among MANY others, and I’ve been a national touring artist for the past five years, with festival appearances at huge events like SXSW and Wild West Songwriters Festival, and international appearances as part of Armed Forces Entertainment tours!
What's Next
I feel like now is the right time to take a big new step forward in my career. It’s time for me to broaden my audience with national marketing campaigns and a steady stream of new recorded music. I’m ready to go, but I’m going to need your help if I’m going to be able to release this new music in a professional way that reaches the masses.
The Challenge
Years ago, an artist like me might be able to go to a regional record label to get the funding it would take to produce and release a record like the one I’m trying to get out. But the streaming era pays artists and labels so little that it’s become almost impossible to find a label willing to invest in a developing artist these days.
So fully-independent artists like myself have to find a way to fund things that are crucial, but can cost a lot of money. Things like recording, mixing, mastering, pressing, promotion, touring…the expenses can be overwhelming for a fully-independent veteran artist trying to forge my path in a really difficult industry.
