Short Summary
We are in the process of building The University of Alabama men's lacrosse program. We are hoping to raise money to build the program up to an elite level within the Men's Collegiate Lacrosse Association (MCLA). Raising this money will go great distances in helping us with travel, apparel, and equipment costs.
The University of Alabama men's lacrosse is a member of the Southeastern Lacrosse Conference (SELC) of Division 1 within the MCLA. The SELC is comprised of 20 teams from various SEC, ACC, and C-USA universities.
What We Need & What You Get
We are looking to raise $5000 to help aid with the travel, apparel, and equipment costs of running an elite MCLA program.
- If we reach our funding goals, the money will be used for bus and hotel fees.
- If we exceed our goals, the excess money will be used towards custom team apparel for our players.
- Our perks include custom team socks, gloves, pinnies, shorts, helmets, and even a team signed and framed jersey!!!
- Our perks can be seen under the Gallery tab.
- If we do not meet our goal the funds will be used to help with bus and hotel fees.
The Impact
The University of Alabama men's lacrosse team is self run and self funded by players through Fall and Spring dues. Each player currently pays $1600 a year to allow the program to function. Contributions will help our student athletes build the program without the need for more out of pocket expense.
