In her own words :
"I grew up watching horror movies with my dad and was always intrigued by all the blood and gore but never thought I could do anything like that. I grew up a major tomboy never wore any makeup. Fast forward to 4 years ago and I decided to cosplay for the first time as Harley Quinn. And so began my fascination with getting in to characters and changing how I look. Saw my first Ellimacs video and did my first sfx makeup Oct 2017. Dabbled in it a bit here and there and then buckled down last January to start learning everything I could. From someone dealing with anxiety and horrible self confidence, the appeal of being able to transform myself into something/someone else was great. I could escape my own self hate for a few hours. But the surprising things is that the makeup/cosplay has helped me to see myself in a different light, to start to believe in myself. Sfx has changed my life. And I love to gravitate towards more horror themed makeup looks cause it’s what I love."
Clayton also says, "It’s a special place in my heart of growing up enjoying that stuff with my dad lol. Plus who doesn’t like to scare the shit out of people, or gross people out" !
