Overview
“Those Who Look” is a film that portrays a false sense of realism. The protagonist is a photographer who is ironically being observed. Through her interactions with the other characters, she attempts to put her fate into her own hands.
The story should question the audiences own encounters with voyeurism (seeing something that should otherwise be private), whether that be watching someone, the kind of attention we desire with actions, attitude and outwardly appearance, and how they contribute to modern voyeurism through the use of social media. What happens when the voyeur becomes the voyee? (ex: what would a stalker do when they find out they're the one being stalked?)

Why we need your help
Filmmaking is an expensive art, and even with grants, many talented artists donating their time, and equipment offered through institutional support, it still takes significant funds to transport equipment, feed people, rent locations and build sets. Below you'll find our budget for the film. Even if we meet our crowd-funding goal of $10,000, we will still have additional expenses, so every dollar over the goal will go to the film!

Risks & Challenges
The biggest challenge of our production is shooting on 16 mm film, mostly for the cost of film and securing it during shipping and processing. We want to create an authentic look of the 1950's and shooting on film will aid in that pursuit.
How else can I get involved?
A film is a team game. You can only be as good as the team around you. It takes a village to fund raise and an even bigger village to make a film. Please share our project with as many people as you can. Also, like us on Facebook to get the latest updates!
