12 million girls are out of school, and many more young women out of work.

Literacy and equality are where our work begins. Working with a growing team in a low-income community in south Mumbai, we’ve made their wellbeing our mission.

By providing education, training and employment, we can help and their families break out of the cycle of poverty and look forward to a brighter future.

• Improving the production process within the challenging conditions our partners work in - more sewing, pressing and overlock machines as well studio space, can help get more women trained and working

• More frequent and wider ranging skills training sessions. Helping our community manage their earned income and explore a range of employment opportunities, including beyond tailoring with greater ease and confidence

• Developing our first collections and launching our e-commerce store
