Toybox Labs is an Oakland based company with team members coming from Microsoft, Oculus, and Ferrari. The team is composed of experienced engineers and consumer experience professionals. For the past year, the team was hands on to develop Toybox and its add-ons in our Oakland research and development office.
We plan to ship the first run of products in December 2017 for holiday delivery. This ship date only applies to select Holiday perks (now sold out!). All other products will be shipped in late-March. We will keep you up to date on our progress and the expected delivery date of your order.

Are there any risks associated with use?
The extruder gets hot, and when it starts printing, a warning message appears on the LCD screen. Parents should also remind children not to reach inside while the printer is operating.
When does shipping begin?
Shipping will begin in early December.
When can we expect it to reach our doorsteps?
We guarantee the Toybox Holiday pre-orders (now sold out!) will be to your doorstep before Christmas. Other orders will begin shipping in Late-March.

What are the risks & challenges of getting the device today?
With hardware, there are always risks for production delays. The good news is that we've done all the footwork to get Toybox ready. Now, we just need to know how many to make.
Is there a warranty?
We offer a 6-month warranty for manufacturer defects
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis; at some point we will need to lock refunds in order to go into production & shipment. We will not be able to refund orders once they've shipped.
How can I check the status of my pre-order?
By pre-ordering through Indiegogo, you automatically have an account created. Log back into Indiegogo using the email you pre-ordered, to verify your information. If you have questions, please email us.
Why do I have to wait longer than usual?
This is not just pre-orders: You're helping to build the device, and we need to know how many to make before we can start production. This is the first of its kind, and you'll be glad you waited. We will send you updates while we work to produce the first batch.
