Synopsis and Campaign Info
Transformation Park is a crowdfunded transformation-themed ebook. The guests of Transformation Park have no idea that they'll be transformed by the magic of the rides, attractions, and concession stands - and you can decide which ones they visit, as well as request your own!
Outline
Different zones of Transformation Park will have different types of attractions, complete with all kinds of transformations. When you support Transformation Park at the Attendee level or higher, you get a custom character, who then enjoys whichever zone (or specific attraction) you'd like! The more people sponsor specific zones, the longer and more detailed those zones will be.
Transformation genres can include weight gain, gender change, age regression or progression, muscle growth or loss, demi-human (vampire, werewolf, mermaid, ogre, succubus, ect.) cultural changes, personality changes, and much, much more!
If you'd like to have an entirely custom idea, you can do that too through the Gold Pass or Platinum Pass! I can then add it to the park guide, giving others the chance to support your area of the park. See Pledge Info and Zones below for more information.
Pledge Info
If you pledge at the Attendee level, T.F. Wright - the author of the My Transformations website and many bestselling transformation themed ebooks - will include your character in the park, experiencing an attraction of your choice. The specifics of the plot will be a surprise!
If you pledge at the Gold Pass level or higher, you'll get a custom short story about your own attraction in Transformation Park! You can choose multiple characters, the plot, and the transformation. Each new attraction will be part of an existing zone.
If you pledge at the Platinum Pass level or higher, you'll get your own entire zone, with as many characters and attractions as you'd like!
Attractions which receive more support will get a longer and more detailed section of the story. I'll post regular updates as to what's garnering support, and include custom zones and attractions so that they can get extra support too! I'll also announce stretch goals which will involve even more transformation themed fun. With that in mind, here are the areas of the park...
The Zones of Transformation Park
There are currently five zones of the park: Fairy Tale Land, Future Land, Transformation Island, Circus Tent, and Food Trucks. Each of these attractions won't exist until someone sponsors them, so if you love a concept, become an attendee.
Fairy Tale Land
In fairy tale land, every ride tells the story of a classic fairy tale. But those who hop on board the ride find themselves sucked into the fairy tale itself, forced to live out a transformation-themed version of the story. Fairy Tale Land could feature...
The Little Mermaid: Mermaid transformation with a gender-bender twist...
Hansel and Gretel: Weight gain and witches, what's not to love?
Snow White: Age progression spells will abound...
Cinderella: How about a reverse makeover instead? Social class downgrade, plus weight gain.
Future Land
Come see the future - today! All attractions are science fiction themed. Future Land could feature...
Time Machine Experience: An interactive video presentation on time travel could have some age progression or age regression related consequences...
Digital Disco: A giant dance hall where music causes mass transformations. Want to turn everyone into Punks? Nerds? Bimbos? Change their sexuality or gender? You pick the music, you choose the change.
Alien Roller Coaster: Encounter extra-terrestrials when you blast off to space. What kind of aliens, and what they want to do with humans, is entirely up to you.
Transformation Island
A new addition to Transformation Park, Transformation Island is an off-coast retreat with darker, scarier themes. Transformation Island could feature...
Monstrous Grotto: What's in those caves behind the waterfall? It's the perfect setting for a dark, monstrous-type transformation. Pick the type of monster you'd like (and any other transformation you'd like them to have) and I'll do the rest.
Haunted House: Have a thing for weight-stealing vampires? Zombie bimbos? Age progression ghosts? Whatever it is, let me know, and they'll feature in the house of scares.
Circus Tent
Traditional amusement park attractions with a transformation twist. The Circus Tent could feature...
Funhouse Mirror: Reflections can be deceiving. The mirror causes people's appearance and personality to drastically distort in any way you'd like.
Kissing Booth: What if a simple kiss could change everything about you? Pick the change, and you'll get a kiss - and maybe a little more...
Test your Strength: A classic carnival game that involves a hammer. Perfect for muscle growth or muscle transfer.
Food Trucks
Serving all sorts of food that causes all kinds of changes. The focus on Food Trucks is erotic descriptions of eating. Weight gain is certainly a strong possibility here, but any other transformation you'd like is also on the menu.
Pledge FAQ:
Q: I'm confused - should I pledge at the Attendee, Gold Pass, or Platinum Pass?
Attendee: Best if you'd like to support an existing attraction from the list above.
Gold Pass: Best if you'd like to create a new idea that fits well into an existing land - like a Beauty and the Beast themed Fairy Tale attraction, or transformation-themed fortune teller in the Circus Tent.
Platinum Pass: Best if you want your own zone, and an entire chapter in the story dedicated to your ideas, with however many attractions and characters as you'd like. An example would be requesting a Super Hero Stadium, where park patrons become transformation-themed heroes or villains.
Q: How long a story will I get?
Attendee: the length of the story will depend on how much support each zone gets. The more support, the longer the story.
Gold Pass: Your story will start out at around 2,000 words, but may be significantly longer if another backer decides to support it.
Platinum Pass: You'll have an entire chapter dedicated to your custom zone. Minimum 5,000 words, but may be significantly longer if another backer decides to support it.
The goal for Transformation Park is to have existing stories get longer with additional support - in other words, quality over quantity.
Q: If I pledge at the Attendee level, can I say what happens to my character?
A: You can decide what kind of character you'd like, one attraction you'd like them to visit, and a transformation that fits with that attraction. The exact plot is a surprise.
Q: If I pledge at the Attendee level, do I have a totally unique character?
A: Yes, if that's important to you. Please specify if you'd like anything specific about your character.
Q: If I pledge at the Gold Pass level, can I have a custom story written about an existing attraction?
A: Yes. You don't need to create a new attraction if you don't want to.
Q: If I pledge at the Gold Pass or Platinum Pass level, can I request that my section of the park be private?
A: If you'd prefer not to have the area of the park be listed to help garner more support, then yes, you can request that it be private.
Q: If I pledge at the Gold Pass level, can I have my single story happen in new zone I just came up with?
A: Please suggest an attraction which fits the theme of an existing zone, or get the Platinum Pass for your own zone.
Q: Can I request my custom character be a real life celebrity, or involve a copyrighted character?
A: No, since Transformation Park will be published, fan fiction is not possible. We can do fictional characters which are different but inspired by real life.
Interview with T.F. Wright
Tell us a little more about yourself.
I first started writing stories online when I was 16 years old. A natural introvert, I felt it was difficult to find people who understood me. When I posted my first story, I suddenly felt like I had a way to connect with people that was punishingly elusive elsewhere. The passion of writing is a force that gives my life meaning, and I've never looked back.
Why did you write the book?
I've written two other crowdfunded stories: The Transformation Mall and Transformation TV. Both of these projects were huge successes, and I'd highly suggest checking them out if you'd like to see what this kind of project will look like.
What was your inspiration for the book?
I took a trip to an amusement park recently and I enjoyed the way each area had a different theme. I thought that might be a way to have many different kinds of stories fit into one collection.
What do you plan to do with the funds you raise?
When I first started writing over ten years ago, writing was just a hobby and I wrote very sporadically. Thanks to my fans, I've been able to make writing my full-time job. Since writing is my only source of income, the money will go to support my living expenses so I have time to give the story the attention it deserves.
What if you don't hit the goal?
I'll still release a few few short stories based on this theme. The more funding, the more ideas I can put into the story, and the better it will be.
What can I do to raise awareness about the campaign?
If you'd like to help, please post about this campaign on Facebook, Twitter, Deviant Art, Reddit, or make a post about it on your web forum of choice.
What if I have a question about this campaign?
If you have a question about the rewards for this campaign, or you'd like to commission a custom story outside of Transformation Park, feel free to contact me.
