What this is.

My name is Hayden Townsend and I am an avid outdoorsman.

I came across this issue and others nationwide and want to help educate the public and change minds and save a national treasure.

If something is not done to stop the commercial catch of trophy IE brood stock catfish from public waterways we will lose generations of a prized sportfish.

These large catfish are the best defense against invasive species.

They have a voracious appetite for Zebra and Quagga muscles Silver and bighead carp and others. They are the true measure of the health of our waterways.

We need funding for software, webhosting, and equipment to create and run the site

The software license is expensive over 900 dollars of the total will go to that.

The webhosting and advertising are the other big expense we are looking at over 1500 dollars.

The equipment is expensive as well. We are looking at approximately 1100 dollars for that.

When the site is up for top tier donors we are giving away email addresses with the groups name on it as a perk and premium membership. Premium memberships when the site is open will be 25 dollars a year.

If we do not reach the goal we will use the funds to the best of our abilities to get the site started
