After the widely praised UBook 2-in-1 tablet that we launched in early 2019, there was a demand for a successor to the UBook series. We created exactly what consumers wanted, the fully refined UBook Pro. Utilizing all the benefits of the previous model, we greatly improved UBook in all aspects, rethinking the traditional price/performance ratio of 2-in-1 tablets.

1. Breakthrough Performance Improvements

We created the UBook to breeze through daily office work while also handling some moderate Adobe programs with high efficiency. With this in mind we decided to adopt the latest generation of Intel’s Core M processors, the m3-8100Y which is the best solution for the UBook Pro. This means we can create a product that not only runs cool, but does so silently with a fanless design.

2. Follow The Classic U-shaped Kickstand

UBook Pro utilizes a new lighter, yet sturdy u-shaped kickstand. This saves space internally, allowing a larger battery and better cooling system, leading to better performance.

3. A Screen Built For Productivity

Microsoft started the 3:2 aspect ratio trend with their Surface Pro series, since then few companies have followed Microsoft’s lead. We find this to be a shame as we believe 3:2 to be the superior format when it comes to productivity on laptops. Compared to 16:9, 3:2 provides a more desirable reading environment, it’s not hard to see the benefits.

UBook Pro is equipped with a vast I/O, featuring 1* DC prot for charing, 2* USB-A, 1* USB-C with support for PD charging, 1* Micro HDMI, 1* 3.5mm headphone jack and a DC input for charging. Additionally, you’ll find a TF card reader and a docking connector. No dongles, no hassle!

At just 9mm thick and weighing in at only 780g, you can effortlessly take UBook Pro anywhere you go with absolute ease. The precision CNC milled housing not only makes UBook beautiful, it also fits comfortably in your hands.

• The Unique “U-Shaped” kickstand

We went to extreme lengths to ensure the UBook Pro would be comfortable and convenient to use while providing an iconic, timeless design. The flexible, ultra-slim U-shaped kickstand allowed us to free up internal space, giving us the ability to install the extremely high performance hardware.

With a full 145 degrees of motion, the angled kickstand allows you to switch between laptop, tablet or workstation mode, giving you full control of your workflow.

• First-class Typing

The redesigned keyboard is treated with a high-performance polyurethane coating to resist spills. In addition, the keyboard is designed with optimal key spacing for fast and fluid typing and a larger glass trackpad for precision control.

• An Head-turning Display

Equipped with a 12.3 inch IPS FHD display, UBook Pro provides a sharper contrast and gives natural, delicate colors. iPads use a 4:3 aspect ratio, which we found to be too square. MacBooks use 16:10, which we found to be too wide. After much thought and deliberation, we decided to adopt a 3:2 aspect ratio which is far superior and appropriate for use on the Windows operating system.

Featuring a fully laminated LCD display which can greatly reduce glare to make your pictures even more transparent and colorful - perfect for indoor and outdoor use.

• 2048 Levels Of Pressure Sensitivity

Accompanied with the 2048 levels of pressure sensitivity, the HiPen H5 will supercharge your creativity. With palm blocking technology, it has been carefully designed to bring you a truly natural writing experience.

• Ready For Optimal Performance with an Intel core Processor

The incredible Intel Core m3-8100Y processor is produced with 14nm technology, offering 2 cores, 4 threads and a 3.4GHz turbo frequency, it is the best choice for a 2-in-1 convertible device. Backed by the powerful Intel UHD Graphics 615, it can easily support 4K videos and run some 3D games.

No matter the task, UBook pro handles it all with ease.

Thanks to the excellent hardware layout and Intel’s high performance processor with low power consumption, UBook Pro doesn’t need fans to stay cool, meaning it stays perfectly silent. No more whirring!

With 8GB of LPDDR3 Ram onboard, the UBook Pro offers seamless multitasking and lag free switching between multiple resource hungry program.

The 256GB M.2 SATA solid state drive (SSD) performs up to 5 times faster than a traditional hard drive (HDD). This enables rapid boot times, apps launch instantly and larger files open at blazing speeds.

• All The Ports You Need

Despite the body of UBook Pro being so small, we have never compromised on I/O. The two full sized USB-A ports allow you to connect most peripherals. In addition, connecting to a TV or monitor has never been easier with the inclusion of a micro HDMI port, ideal for presentations, galleries and spreadsheets.

To provide a completely future-proof experience, we also included a fully functional USB-C 3.0, capable of 5 gbps transfer speeds that also doubles up as a secondary charging port. What’s more, you can easily connect it to a projector or a hub.

Endurance is the strength of UBook Pro. The remarkable battery life is achieved with a 38Wh high-density Li-polymer battery and the ultra efficient processor, providing more than 8 hours of battery life; it will never let you down.

In order to achieve such an excellent product, our engineers have worked tirelessly to trial and test each aspect of the UBook Pro; from the earliest concept sketch to 3D printed models and structural design, through to today where we have a completed prototype. Now we need your support to bring this product to the masses, all funds raised during this campaign will go directly to the production of UBook Pro, allowing us to bring this fantastic product to you!
