Dear Valued Contributors,

We would like to start by thanking every one of you who supported The Ugly Love Movie Campaign. From the bottom of our hearts we truly appreciate all of the support we received over the last 2 years. We have been working diligently to bring this film to life. The purpose of the campaign was not to raise funds towards the production budget but rather to create awareness and to allow our fans exclusive access to the film. The perks were our way of saying thank you for being a fan.

As an update, over the last 24 months we have attached a director and screen writer, negotiated with cast and most recently, our team green-lit the production in order to make this fantastic novel become an on-screen reality. We were excited to announce to you, our loyal fans, that the film was heading into production.  Unfortunately, we are saddened to report that due to conflicts and circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to move forward with the Ugly Love property. As a result of this, we will be unable to provide merchandise perks that relate to the Ugly Love property. However, our fans are our priority and as such, we will honor our commitments to you. We will substitute Ugly Love perks with signed Nick Bateman merchandise and will offer refunds for perks that cannot be provided since we are not moving forward with the filming.
