Short Description
Aiming to promote conversations and discussions amongst young people of Vietnam, in the summer of 2008, a group of students in Hanoi and students studying overseas initiated the Vietnam Youth Forum project.
From its first days, the Vietnam Youth Forum has provided an off-campus, non-traditional classroom experience for young people. It has enabled them to discuss, share, learn, connect and generate fresh ideas and microscopic solutions for various issues of Vietnam. Activities and events are organized for and by young people aged between 16 and 22. Furthermore, the Forum offers workshop training to develop the skills of its participants so that they can carry out meaningful changes in their communities through their independent projects.
The Vietnam Youth Forum 2013 is the sixth annual forum of the VYF project which will take place this summer in Hanoi.
