How to Back
Your VIHUS's are on their way!
Once you've made a pledge you can expect to receive your new VIHUS in December of 2017. Relax and wait for your package in the mail. We'll ask you for any additional order information in surveys.
Refund Policy
Indiegogo is not a store, but rather a donation-based platform designed to bring creative projects to life. In accordance with Indiegogo’s Terms of Use, we will not offer refunds or returns for non-defective merchandise. If there is a problem or defect with your product, we would be happy to assist you. Please contact us at misswu_sun@sina.com.
While we are not obligated to refund a pledge post-campaign, if you are truly not satisfied with your VIHUS we will refund your original pledge less a 30% restocking fee to cover shipping and crowdfunding fees. You must notify us within 5 days of your receipt of the product and return your product in unused condition, along with the original packaging.
Shipping Limitations
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant and verified by our warehouse. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Due to legal restrictions on shipping electronics, units in some countries will not include electronics. These countries include Israel and certain places in the Middle East. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Warranty
We will replace or repair any defective products free of charge within one years of receipt of product. The warranty applies to original purchaser only and requires proof of pledge/purchase. This does not cover any products that have suffered any damage from use outside of manufacturer defect. If you have any questions about this policy please contact us at misswu_sun@sina.com.
Alterations to Product
The product representations and details are current as of the time of your pledge. Although products are as close to the final version as possible, products may change throughout the campaign, and VIHUS reserves the right to make any changes due to ongoing testing, materials sourcing, feedback and other development activities. Our goal is always to launch the best version of each product when it goes to production.
