After purchasing and receiving your W8 GYM, we will be right there with you, giving you the guidance, motivation and knowledge you need to achieve realistic goals.

RISKS AND CHALLENGES

We have assured that we are a step ahead by already selecting our shipping and fulfilment specialist. After studying so many campaigns, one of the biggest common obstacles we found was that no one had produced prototypes or gone into production yet. In conjunction with Virgin Start up, we have taken the leap of faith by going into production and the moulds are being manufactured as you read this! Update: Nick has been to China and approved the moulds so we are now officially in production. The tests are grey but the unit will be black. Next trip is 4th of Feb for quality control and oversee loading and shipping; scheduled for the 8th of Feb.

Production is scheduled to take 40 days which takes us to mid- end of January 2018. However, our goal is to have everything in a container and shipped by February 8th 2018 to beat Chinese New Year which is the 15th of February when production halts and China shuts down. 

We have taken Chinese New Year into consideration to ensure we deliver to you as soon as possible. By ordering and producing our moulds ahead of our campaign closing date, we have minimised risk of delayed fulfilment and saved time, allowing us to go straight into manufacturing when our campaign ends. By visiting the factory in December and then again 4th of February we can administer a quality control check prior to the manufacturing process.

1. What is the retail price for the W8 GYM? The R.R.P is £169 for the standard version and £199 for the Gold Edition. 
2. How heavy is the W8 GYM? The unit weighs 3.5kg without the equipment inside. Fully loaded, it weighs a total of 14.5kg. You can adjust the weight of the unit, by taking out dumbbells or leaving them in. 
3. What's inside the W8 GYM? The unit is packed with 3 strengths of resistance bands, 3 sets of dumbbells, 1 set of resistance band handles, 1 set of padded ankle/wrist straps and a door anchor.
4. What exercises can I do with it? There are over 200 PT certified exercises you can do with the W8 GYM. Including; Push ups, Triceps dips, Kettle bell swings, Burpees, Weighted squats, Chest press, Step exercises, Biceps curls, Medicine ball twists and many more. 5. How far are you into the app development? While manufacturing and shipping is taking place over the next few months, we are creating guides and workouts to be ready for the first deliveries. We will keep all of our backers up to date on how the app development is coming along. 
6. How much does shipping cost?  The W8 GYM packaged and boxed weighs 15kg. We have chosen a world renowned reliable fulfilment company to get you the lowest possible shipping prices tracked from China to your door. All shipping prices include duty and taxes, except for Canada, (sorry Canada it's the way your system works) so you don't need to worry.
7. After I receive my W8 GYM, how will I be able to follow workouts? While manufacturing and shipping is taking place over the next few months, we are creating guides and workouts to be ready for the first deliveries. We are in the process of developing our app which will provide free workouts and meal plans to guide you on your fitness journey. We will keep all of our backers up to date with the app development and workout plans. 
8. After I pledge, when will I receive my W8 GYM?  We have already gone into production for the moulds, which has allowed us to go straight into production of the W8 GYM orders when our campaign ends (End November 2017). In January, we will fly to China to oversee shipping and for quality control. Shipping will take place during February/March 2018, which means you will receive your W8 GYM at the start of April 2018 at the very latest. We have taken into account Chinese New Year (Feb 2018) which delays production and we are making sure we will have already shipped our orders before then. Our timeline is realistic and we have accounted for delays beforehand so that we do not over promise and under fulfil.
