Through sharing our processes we believe we can create an online coworking space to learn faster, inspire one another and facilitate and environment of collaboration.

• As a freelance video editor, I came up with the idea of Watch Me Work while learning Adobe Illustrator. After learning the basics, I wanted the ability to simply observe an expert's process. This need led me to create Watch Me Work.
• This idea is important as it allows individuals to easily work virtually with another person in the room and allows for learning on both sides of the stream.
• By supporting this campaign, we will change the way work gets done and learning and collaboration occurs across the internet.

We're seeking $20,000 to pay for 2 part time developers throughout 2015. This will allow us to build the features we need to support the community including:

• customizable profiles,
• a notification system when new streams go live,
• integration of open broadcaster software into our interface
• integration of mobile streaming platforms including Meerkat and Periscope

If we don't meet our goal, we can still use the funds to build the most immediate features but we won't be able to build everything!

We have an incredible opportunity to change the the way individuals connect, collaborate and work online.

• So far, we've created over 700 hours of live streaming video collaborations, allowing streamers to share their insights and process with other users and we're growing at an increased rate!
• We also have over 150 WMW members who are just getting started.
• We plan on continuing our growth from 30 current weekly streamers to 100 by June 30th and to 1000 by the end of 2015!

The risks we face revolve around continuing to self-fund. So far we've been building the WMW community out of pocket and that will eventually run out.

• We can avoid this through your help. Our site doesn't take a lot to run but we do need to raise funds to continue to build features and grow the community.
• The other risk we face is spreading the word. The WMW community can only grow if people share what we're doing.
