We have recently completed the
concept phase which included:

Our biggest risk is adoption rate of
the Medlink Data SAAS by healthcare providers which make the Wellness Portal
even more valuable to YOU. One approach is to seed the market with the Wellness
Portal that will create a pull effect. We believe we will be successful because we have been able to obtain over 2000 views a day, so once the FREE Wellness Portal is available the adoption rate should be high. We also intend to market to
smaller practices who can provide the Wellness Portal as a service to their
patients, attracting more patients into their practices by providing
value. We have experience with launching client building campaigns
for small practices and have seen great
success. We plan to take a similar approach.
Our current pro formas indicate we
have a high risk of becoming cash flow negative by year two. Our
investments will be used wisely. Our team is willing to put in extra effort and
hours to successfully launch a beta version of the product by the end of this
year.
Given our extensive experience with product development we
understand that throughout the process we may experience unperceived or unplanned
risks along the way, we have planned some contingencies into our schedule to
allow time for investigation and mitigation.

I have a concern over the
confidentiality of my data.
We all do, our data is private and
should be treated as such. The Wellness Portal allows you to keep your
medical history outside of the cloud within your local storage. You only
post your medical information to the cloud when you need to provide the information
to a specific provider or if you are comfortable hosting your data within the
cloud. No one else will have access to your data unless you authorize
it. Your data is secure and encrypted and you own the encryption key.
Do I have to share all my data?
No, you own your medical data.
Your data is personal to you. The Wellness Portal mobile app will allow
you to choose who you send data to, under what conditions and how much.
For instance you can choose to share only your dental history with your dentist
while keeping the rest of your medical history private.
