LOGLINE- When young father-to-be Lewis Bork is inflicted with the ability to turn into a house by the witch-like housekeeper Mrs. Crowley, his life (and body) are forever altered...
- We are a collective of young and ambitious student filmmakers in the Denver Area who are looking to tell a creepy, yet heartfelt story. "WEREHOUSE" may be an homage to some of our favorite "darker" filmmakers like John Carpenter or David Cronenberg, but it also deals with prescient themes such as new Fatherhood, Housing Security, and the sacrifices we make for our families.
- This film is the most ambitious project any of us has tackled before. Filmmaking is expensive at any level, but even more in the micro-budget, independent filmmaking world we operate in. We have independently raised over half of our initial intended goal through our own hard work and sacrifices.
- Contributors will help us achieve and can take pride in supporting our vision in delivering you a film that is made with the utmost integrity and quality, while challenging ourselves as burgeoning, extremely talented young filmmakers! Your donations will help us secure locations, properly feed our crew to keep them motivated and healthy, put prosthetic work on screen (and our actors) that is feature-film quality, and keep the film alive and running after post-production for a festival run!

Travis Ketelsleger as... Lewis Bork - Our main character. He’s spent his life working construction. Rugged and strong. While loving and hard-working, his priorities are misaligned and his immaturity gets the better of him. He’s feeling the stress of a daughter less than a month away, and the looming threat of being evicted from his apartment for falling behind on rent. But Lewis’s life (and body) are about to be forever altered when he accepts a job from his boss at the supposedly haunted Crowley House.
Sophie Matic as... Cora Bork - Lewis’s pregnant wife. Radiant and playful. Her aura is that of a soft-baked cookie. She’s stuck by Lewis through thick and thin, but she needs him to step up beyond what he’s shown her with their child about to enter the world. This is his last shot.
Laura Lounge as... Mrs. Crowley - A bloated, balding, rotten-toothed, boil-infested, veiled woman who “feeds” The Crowley House. In her human life, her name was Alexandria Crowley. But when a ritual to save her daughter went awry, her husband was killed, and she left miserably deformed. While terrifying in form and presence, there is something underneath her subtextually that reads as pain more than malice.

We are asking for $5,000 to cover the bulk of our production costs. This is a practical and special effects heavy project with a decent sized crew. We have broken down the costs for each of these departments and even if we don't reach our intended goal, all money earned will still be put towards these necessary items for our short film.
